Thanksgiving is coming so quickly...and after that, we pretty much get smacked in the face with more holidays! I love this time of year, because it is so full of family, friends, giving, and gratitude. We all have different styles, so I figured I would include a few of those in one post. I hope these moodboards help you to get inspired and get decorating!!
I am really feeling colorful decorations for this holiday season, because we have a small space, but I also find it to be so fun! If you have children, they can definitely help to create some fun and interesting decorations that I will share in some more DIY posts next week!
Formal and traditional style has a timeless feeling to it. This look is easy to do over and over again. It doesn't usually fall victim to trends, so it makes it easy to build a cohesive collection with reds, greens, whites, and golds.
The minimalist style is so clean and simple. It is perfect for holiday decor that can carry over into the entire winter (or summer-hehe). Think clean lines and linens, simple fabrics, and a monochromatic or basic color scheme to achieve this look.
Family is such a huge part of the holidays that this style of decorating is such a staple. It is a great time to show off those little pieces you've collected through the years: the kids' art, family photos, handmade decorations for the tree, etc. This style shows the building of a life together and showcases every individual...especially the little ones!
