Okay, so it has been a while since I have been on my regular blogging schedule. For me, three days a week seems to work right now, since I teach. This allows me to still interact with all of you who read my blog, but it also allows me the time I need to invest in my students. Since we are on summer break right now, I have extra time to really dedicate to this space.
That being said, let's get back to the regular schedule. Friday Vibes is one of my favorite series to write, which is why I decided to keep it for the new year. I love sharing things that inspire me, and this week there was quite a bit as I caught up with the blogs and sites that I read on a regular basis, found some new and inspiring pages, and got back into my normal swing of things.
Artistic Kids If you have not heard of Naomi and her blog Love Taza by now, this is definitely a time to jump on board. She is extremely creative, and I love following along with her family adventures. Her recent post about abstract art and creating it with children really blew me away. As a teacher, she nailed everything from being a facilitator to encouraging her child to create meaningful art. As a person who is interested in psychology, I loved how she mixed in that aspect with the rest of the project. Check it out for yourself, and get creating this weekend!
Selfless Self-Care So you may not usually put those two together, but Clementine Daily shared five amazing tips for all women (and men) to do just that. We often think of others so much that we forget that caring for ourselves helps others around us as well. I have now dedicated Sunday evenings to just that, and I'll share a post about that later.
Globe Trotter Okay, so this may not be a totally new find, but I have been more obsessed than usual lately. Trotter Mag is a traveller's dream. They feature curated city guides, and they are so well done, you feel you have just landed in the city they featured. Their Instagram feed (TrotterMag) doesn't disappoint either.
